I'm putting together a Photography book at present. Tittle being "Walthamstow Pictorial" It's a time pocket of life in Walthamstow and possibly Walthamstow's very first contemporary photography book. Here's a shot from when London had the Olympics back in 2012 with the torch heading down Forest Road towards the Town Hall. I was fortunate enough to go the to Technical rehearsal but that was outside the E17 grid so won't be part of the project.

Fitzrovia and I
Popped into Calumet on Drummond street to get my Camera sensor cleaned. I do love the area of Fitzrovia. Always seem to be lots of ghosts around with me soon to be one them. Well let's hope that wont be for a while. Speedy's cafe is just off Drummond Street, which is home to Sherlock these days.

Elberry Cove to Burgh Island
Greetings from Devon and with a few shots taken on the lumix DMC-FX100. On this visit I managed to find Elberry Cove which is another location from the film, The System (yes the film that I keep going on about and nobody ever bothers to watch). Original blog post can be found here and I'll add the Eleberry Cove location to that post. After a spot of research I noted that Agatha Christie was a big fan of Elberry Cove and it is featured in the ABC Murders for the setting of Sir Carmichael Clarke's death. Keeping with the Agatha Christie theme I also visited Bigbury beach which is home to Burgh Island and Burgh Island hotel . An old haunt for Pre-war Luminaries including Agatha and Noel Coward. It does look worthy of a visit but you'll need your Tux or ballgown for the trip. Maybe next time, A?

Surf's up Shoeburyness
Good weather and high-tides equalled to a trip to Shoeburyness, Southend-On-Sea. These shots are from the (as pictured below) Lumix DMC-FX100. I had the ISO set at 400 for some reason. I'm loving the musical boat theme and I wonder when they'll be a Nirvana or a HMS Tupac boat.
I took the Gopro out too but still as yet to actually sit down and look at it properly, so expect a slide show when I'm happy with it.

Canoeing on the River Wye.
A short film from my recent canoe trip to the River Wye. This version has no sound so it should be viewable.

Folk By The Oak 2016
Festival season is upon us. Folk by the Oak is a one day festival at Hatfield House and only a short train ride from Kings Cross. There's plenty to see and do here and like all good festivals I managed to catch a few new bands. Cardboard Fox stood out for me so keep an eye out for them on the Folk circuit.
